Born and raised in the Nebraska panhandle and calling South Dakota home for the last 15+ years, Jerilyn learned early on the innate value of making meaningful connections and possessing a strong work ethic. Also being someone with love for her community and a strong desire to help others in large ways, it ultimately became the catalyst for her to join the real estate frontlines upon earning a BA from Black Hills State University. To date, Jerilyn has since become the owner of Suridis Realty at Black Hills Realty and specializes heavily in first-time home buyers and investment properties. She also co-founded JTS Property Management to help clients manage their investments. More so characteristically, Jerilyn is admired for her fun- loving / comforting ambiance, track record for going beyond just the sale, and for her dedication to not just meeting client expectations but exceeding them every time.
